EB-1C Guidelines
There are several limitations on who qualifies for an EB-1 visa as an eligible multinational manager or executive.
Applicants must have been employed as a manager or executive for at least one out of the past three years. The petitioning U.S. employer must be the same company, an affiliate, or a subsidiary of the company the applicant works for abroad. The U.S. company must have also been doing business for at least one year. EB-1C visa applicants must have an executive or manager-level job offer in the United States.
